The hotel was immaculate, and the staff’s warm greetings made every morning feel special. The indoor pool was a delightful surprise for the kids—not to mention the hearty breakfast selection.

However, the breakfast hours on weekends seemed too late for those with early plans. We felt a bit scolded when we sought early options.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly, making us feel at home during a tough family emergency. The Queen Suite was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our needs. Don’t miss the incredible breakfast buffet—it offers a variety of delicious options! A truly memorable experience.

It was a great match for a fleeting trip in Jackson with definitely value for money. The breakfast selection was surprising, with plenty of options to choose from. Make sure to check the breakfast hours if you have early plans.

We had a wonderful stay with our large family and dog! The staff here was incredibly accommodating, even going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The spacious room allowed us to relax after our day out, and the breakfast options were quite satisfying.

The location enjoys easy access to a big shopping area, perfect for grabbing supplies or dining. The outdoor fire pit area adds a nice relaxed vibe for evenings, giving a comfortable space to gather with family after a long day.

The pool was out of commission during my stay. The hallways felt uncomfortably hot, which was surprising for a newer place that claimed to be eco-friendly. On top of that, breakfast options were rather lackluster, with fake eggs that left a lot to be desired compared to other hotels I’ve visited. The price tag felt steep for what was offered, especially with some basic amenities missing.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the heated pool and the breakfast variety, but the drawer under the TV kept sliding open. I'd definitely choose this place again!

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was highly satisfactory. The hotel featured a modern design and was exceptionally clean. My King Room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and an impressive walk-in shower. The business center was a great asset, providing essential resources for my work. The breakfast had a variety of healthy options, including fresh fruits and oatmeal, which catered well to my dietary preferences.

Parking was somewhat limited.
